We are going to order a Lenten Devotional Booklet from Concordia Publishing House which will match the theme of our Lenten Midweek Sermon Series (https://www.cph.org/for-us-daily-devotions-for-lent-and-easter)

I feel this is an appropriate use of church funds

It costs about $3 per booklet which includes shipping & handling, and it would be taken from the general fund (line item family life publications) to be provided free of charge to churchgoers.
